RoundPoint Expansion

Smith Harris Design Associates is excited to be working with RoundPoint Mortgage again in a two phase expansion at Parkway Plaza with the help of Stocker Associates and Eola Capital. RoundPoint will now be the sole tenant in 8 Parkway Plaza with a total of more than 39,000 SF. Phase 1 was completed this month and estimated completion of Phase 2 is March 2011.

A New Office for SE Psych

SE Psych is growing and once again we have been chosen to design their new space. This will be the third office that Smith Harris has done for the practice. Other locations include their existing SouthPark office and the new Blakeney office that opened in 2009. Project is currently under construction and should be up and running by the Spring of 2011.

Kimco Realty Relocates

Smith Harris Design Associates is excited to announce the design and relocation of Kimco Realty to 14,498 SF at One South Executive Park, 6060 Piedmont Row, Charlotte, NC. Leasing and Project Management were administered by CBRE. Construction was completed and Kimco moved in on schedule during December 2010.

Smith Harris and Dixon Hughes have teamed up for a total of seven construction projects since their original upfit in 1998. They are occupying nearly two floors in the multi-tenant building now with a total of more than 36,000 SF.
