When Grubb Properties relocated their office to their newly-acquired property at 4601 Park Road, they desired an updated, attractive space in which to receive clients and enrich team members. The new suite provides a handsome, dignified front entry space and conference rooms with a refreshment area nearby for reception of guests. Meanwhile, cheerful colors and accent materials in the office, break, and support areas help to create a positive and uplifting feel in the employee areas. Less formal treatment of the office areas helped to limit construction costs by keeping most of the higher-end materials in the more visible front areas.
